The thought of social education which has been developed and deepened in the educational reform after the World War2 is facing to a kind of contradiction under the educational policy of neo-liberalism. On the other hand, today social education is necessary for many people, because they have lots of unrest, interest and request concerning their life and living under the competitive society.
