The sentence of \"Getting out of the regime after the World War2\" is exclaimed loudly. The fundamental law of education and the law of social education were drastically revised. The thought of social education which has been developed and deepened in the educational reform after the World War2 is facing to a kind of contradiction under the educational policy of neo-liberalism. On the other hand, today social education is necessary for many people, because they have lots of unrest, interest and request concerning their life and living under the competitive society.
