 note = {In this paper, firstly, I describe some social problems concerning education and social welfare, in particular unreasonable abuse, prejudice and discrimination by which children, handicapped persons and elderly people are given lots of mental and physical damages. Secondly, I pick up ten persons who have made actual efforts to solve the problems written above, and review their living process of learning and practice in areas of education and social welfare. Thirdly, I try to find the common characteristics in them. I think they are consciousness of human right, sympathy for social minority and recognition of education and social welfare.
