PASW ver.18 and PASW Text Analysis for Surveys were used for the statistical analysis.Result : The domains of "The State of the Lump Formation of Masticated Food" and "Is There a Tooth?" had highest mean value. They showed a relationship to most domains. "Reasons for Aspiration Prophylaxis" formed 15 subcategories and four categories. "Reason for the Experience of Incident" formed ten subcategories and two categories. Diagrams indicated that "Assistance" was necessary in some cases, but there were also cases marked "No problem". Experience of incident occurred in situations calling for "Assistance with Meals" and other "Assistance"-related scenarios.Conclusion : About 30% of students experienced experience of incident related to assistance with meals. It is necessary to utilize score sheets as an element of basic care training.
