Thirty pairs of nonsense pictures were chosen from a previous study. A total of 106 college students (103 females, 3 males, mean age= 18.8) participated in this study. They were asked to write a name for each of the five pairs of pictures freely, and then complete a five-point scale rating the difficulty of naming the pictures. The results included the following: first, most names participants wrote on the pictures were common or existing nouns; second, for pictures named using common nouns, the rating for the degree of difficulty tented to be low; third, pictures given different names by participants tended to be rated as having a high degree of naming difficulty. Pictures with a high degree of consisteney in the given name were not uniformly rated as having a low degree of difficulty. Based on these results, the appropriateness of the pictures for use in future research was discussed.}, pages = {167--178}, title = {無意味絵(ドルードル)に対する命名の分析}, volume = {2}, year = {2022}, yomi = {カタヤマ, ノブコ and オガワ, トクコ} }
