| 内容記述 | In this study I discuss the legal idea on which the nursery policy should be based, it's recent trends and some issues to be examined. The conclusion of this study is as follows. In these years, expansion of poverty of children has been one of the biggest social probrems. Under it's background we will be able to find, for example, the worst cycle of increasing single parent families, their poor life and unfortunate surroundings for their development. Now we need the public support for working parent families and the establishment of lots of nurseries. We have to reconsider critically about the nursery policy which is framed solely on the market-driven principles, because it will bring much competition and disturbances among the nurseries, diminishing their equality and public nature. Therefore we have to create better practices and theories from the viewpoint of the right to life and education. | |||||||||
